Big Thanks to Lynn Saxberg from the Ottawa Citizen for the wonderful article and kind words on debut album "The Language" released October 16 @ the National Arts Centre.

As for the rest of the new album, it shows off Corrigan’s rich, shimmering voice and demonstrates a flair for catchy songwriting. The songs land between country-folk and pop-rock, ranging from the mid-tempo country rock of the breakup tune, Leave It Behind, to the synth-dotted hook of Spend My Lovin’. Small Town is a crisp rocker with a blistering guitar line, while Never Be Apart has a breezy vibe that wouldn’t be out of place on a Jim Cuddy album. Other highlights include the confident sentiment of Can’t Take My Man and the restless simmer of the gripping title track, The Language.
